Frico is a leading cheese brand, it is present in more than 90 countries, we were in charge of translating and localizing their content for the north african market, notably Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, we also were in charge of the community management of pages of the above mentioned countries, replying to all customers inquiries, solve complaints, and monthly performance reporting.
Our team of social media experts managed Frico accounts and interacted with the audience in North Africa. The multicultural team managed to successfully interact each country in their dialect, making the brand closer to its north african consumers.
